Good morning! Or whatever time of day it is for you! I’m sipping my black coffee and eating a banana—my usual way to nourish my body and start the day.

I have been under the weather for a while and haven’t been able to write and post my blog at the usual time and day. I notice however that many of us have been “under the weather” as temperatures where I live have plummeted to the single digits!

My vision for you today is that God’s plan may be made perfect in your life. The prophet Jeremiah in Jeremiah 29:11 succinctly states this vision. It says, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

Although written for a particular time and people, we can read this verse of Scripture today as a balm for our souls when life events are difficult.
